I sure am getting discouraged with SB support.

This week I've put in 4 requests for help on completed surveys that I didn't receive credit for. All I get from Swagbucks is "We work closely with our partners ... blah, blah, blah ... so sorry, we know it is frustrating." And I'm giving them screenshots of either a 100% (or near 100%) progress bar, and/or "Thanks! You've completed our survey." or some other type of solid verification I did complete the thing.
Yet, I read on here where folks have no problems getting credit from SB all the time.
Now, I will go through all the hoops, disqualifications, etc., but when I actually get through successfully, shouldn't I expect to get what was promised? But all Swagbucks will tell me is sorry, but keep on trying!
Instead of giving me a shrug and and "Oh well," I'd think SB would be on my side and say, "hey, survey giver, here's the proof this girl finished your survey." (I'm dreaming, I know.) Just very, very frustrated and discouraged. Needed to vent a little.
