So, I have an odd complaint. I put in a ticket for a 2000 swagbuck survey I had never received points for. They gave me a survey adjustment and were really prompt and great about it. But then this week I received the original bucks from the actual survey! It was a large amount of bucks and I didn't want to get flagged, so today I put in a ticket letting them know I was rewarded 2,000 swagbucks twice and I would understand if they took the survey adjustment out. Less than an hour after putting that ticket in, I was rewarded ANOTHER 2,000 swagbucks and they sent an automated response about how they were sorry I never got my bucks! I explained the thing very carefully in the ticket, but they obviously didn't read it at all. Now I have receiveda total of 6,000 swagbucks for a 2,000 point survey and I don't want to get banned! I am worried about sending in another ticket and having them just throw another 2,000 bucks at me. Is there a better way to get in contact with them?
