So on the home page I saw an 8 min survey for 100 SB and thought I'd try it out (Answer: Homepage - F840251 - Complete).

It's a survey about alcohol consumption and if you do drink, you can complete the initial survey for 100 SB, keep a 2-week alcohol diary every month for six months for 500 SB each (so 3000 SB total), plus a bonus 1000 SB if you finish the full study (so 4,100 SB overall I think).

I just started it so I don't know the details on most of it yet, but I was instantly credited the 100 SB for the screening survey. I can update this if people are interested.
