Any ideas? I'm frankly so annoyed with the fact support doesn't read anything. I just had a support request denied where they randomly copied some offer terms from a completely unrelated offer and pasted it as a reply. I mean not even close, different name, product, category and even payout.
This isn't the first time it has happened and I'm just curious is there any channel which you can communicate with someone paying attention? Do they respond on facebook/twitter?
I rarely use support, probably like once every couple months but this is just annoying.
