Today, I received a survey adjustment for 50 SB for a survey I apparently did on the 3rd of this month. I don't remember the survey but I'm guessing I was DQ'd and Swagbucks decided I deserved the full credit. I didn't open a ticket for this survey DQ so I'm impressed with Swagbucks' generosity.
I received similar adjustments without opening a ticket in the past couple of months for 2 75 SB surveys. Swagbucks support is awesome. I guess they have to be to offset how terribleness that is PL support.
